Lobster Barbecue Nights

Once a week we set the stage for an amazing lobster barbecue on the Beach Bar deck looking out over Baie Longue beach.

Hours: Every Wednesday 7pm–9pm (schedule may vary)

La Cave

This is where the island’s most daring meals are served. Underneath Le réservé, La Cave is a wine cellar offering vaulted ceilings, flickering candles and the Caribbean’s most celebrated wine collection. a must see for adventurous gourmands. ideal for private dining and intimate parties.

Beach Bar

The perfect place to relax and have a drink on beautiful Baie Longue beach. Steps away from the beach, this al-fresco lunch bar lets guests enjoy light snacks, salads and handmade cocktails in complete luxury.

Hours: Lunch daily 12pm–4pm; Sunset Treats and lounge music daily 5:30pm–9pm

Just off Baie Long Bar, this casual lunch spot overlooks La Samanna’s main pool. presenting guests with a variety of fresh, light fare, The grill welcomes those coming from the property’s diverse amenities.

Long time bartender Orlando Philogene delights guests with his take on classic cocktails, as well as his signature drinks. Located inside the intimate lobby, it’s a cozy spot for exceptional drinks throughout the day and after dinner.

Only available with an appointment with our tennis pro, La Samanna offers three professional tennis courts and recently teamed with famed peter Burwash international (pBi) for the operation of its outstanding tennis facilities. Also offering:

• Daily play until 9pm

• Night time play on lit courts available

• Shaded viewing and sitting area

• Complimentary tennis racquets available upon request

Fitness Center

With access available only through sessions with a private trainer, our facility offers a full range of cardio equipment by Life Fitness, circuit machines by Cybex and free weights up to 100lbs. The free-standing facility is surrounded by glass and shrouded in hot pink bougainvilleas. Towels, water, fresh fruit and a shower with amenities are provided for you.
