“ For lovers of the vegetation of Zen and feng shui ...”
 Located at Lot 46 in the French Low-Lands in St Marteen ( French West Indies), the «Domaine du Dragon» is a high standing property on a 4,2 acres plot. The French low-lands allotment is one of the very last condominium in all the Caribean, whose’s plots are never less than 2,5 acres, giving to the owners, privacy as well as a high quality and secure environment with its survey teams.

The main house comprise an entry hall, a living and dining room area, a large office, a kitchen, a Master bedroom and a guest rom with their respective private bathroom, a small extra bedroom and a laundry with a lavatory for visitors and staff. Thanks to its many louvers and the opening of the patio, the house remains always fresh. The fountain’s gentle gurgling has a calming effect (soporific for some people) and many birds come to drink and take their bath in its basin. The fountain is strategically placed in Feng Shui perspective to bring good energy to the house and bring dynamism in business. From the veranda, one has an expanding view all over round, towards the land gently slopping down towards the Caribean sea which can be seen on the horizon. View towards the gravel road with a paved pedestrian path meandering around the fountain. Beautiful boats passing by, are always a charming and surprising recreation. At night, huge cruise ships, like floating towns, pass by flaring with thousands lights, twinkling in the dark, competing with the lightening of thousand of fireflies under the stary sky, creating a magical atmosphere. The eastern facing of house shows the louvers which provide a good ventilation of the house with the tropical Tade Winds. The two main bedrooms have an independant acces at the rear of the house. A paved area surrounds the house on four sides enabling an easy acces even to handicapped persons. The entry hall. One can see the central patio servicing all rooms of the house and giving a fluid circulation for people, air and energy to every part of the house. The roof structure is made from red cedar and has an insulation to protect the rooms from the hot sun of tropics (This one is in living room). All rooms are spacious. Here the office with its large bay window on the veranda. The heigth of walls and the wide space below the roof structure, contributes to the space sentation and enable the warm air to lift up, helping together with the insulation to refresh the rooms. The «Guest house».With a living area of 92 square meters, the whole area of the roof structure including all terraces is about 200 square meters. It has its own cistern containing 90 cubic meters of drinkable water and has its own independant gate. There are two bedrooms of 16 square meters each, two bathrooms, and a big living room with an Exterior view
