Located in St. Martin’s exclusive residential district, “Terres Basses”, this magnificent spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, porch, dining room, kitchen, TV room, patio Swimming Pool with deck and a gazebo. Villa “Les Zephyrs” is an elegant colonial West Indian style home built in a U-shape around a flowered interior courtyard and overlooks the Caribbean Sea with view of the islands of Saba and St. Eustatius and in the foreground La Samanna Hotel and the Long Bay Beach area.

The marble floored house features a tasteful blend of antique and modern furniture. The spacious living room has a baby grand piano and opens up to the terrace through a 24 ft. roll away glass sliding door.

The bedrooms have original antique four poster beds,all of which are king size. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub and bedroom no.2 also has a tub.

All bedrooms have split system air-conditioning with optional use of ceiling fans. Separate to the living room, the villa has a TV viewing room with satellite TV and over 100 US channels, VCR, Stereo.

One of St Martins finest beaches ( Longbay Beach,) is within walking distance. Bay Rouge Beach, Cupecoy Beach, Plum Bay beach and Mulletbay are just minutes away. Occupants of this villa also benefit from a 50% discount on dinner at “La Vie en Rose” French restaurant in Marigot.
