“ Tuft Shark”
Ingredients for 4 people . 1 kg of shark steaks . 500 g tomatoes, country or a big box of peeled tomatoes . 2 sheets of wood from India, . 2 limes . 1 bay leaf; . 1 bouquet garni, . 3 cloves, . 2 cloves garlic . 3 tbsp tomato paste, . 1 red pepper . 2 sweet peppers, . 3 v. tablespoons olive oil . 1 onion, salt and pepper. Prepare a marinade by mixing in a bowl the lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, crushed, the leaves of logwood, cloves, some pepper, bay leaf. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the shark to marinate for about 1:30. In a casserole heat the oil, get the bouquet garni from the marinade, add the sweet pepper by removing the seeds, onion and crushed garlic. Sauté over low heat for several minutes. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sliced shark. Moisten with the marinade without the pepper, place one whole red pepper and cook for 20 minutes stew. Serve with white rice or vegetables countries
